Damaged in transit

If your model arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the model. We will arrange a repair kit, a replacement or a refund.

Change of mind

Standard (non-custom) models can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. The buyer pays the return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the model, we refund the product price.

Custom orders

Custom-built models are made specially for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from the agreed specification.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days after the return is approved.
