All our models are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, such as glue joints coming loose or fittings detaching under normal indoor display conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, direct sunlight, high humidity, heat sources or improper handling.

To make a warranty claim, send us your order number and photos of the problem. In most cases we send replacement parts and simple instructions; for larger issues we will agree a repair or replacement with you.

Caring for your model

• Display indoors, away from direct sunlight, heaters and air-conditioning vents.
• Dust gently with a soft brush or a hair dryer on the cool setting.
• Lift the model by its stand or hull, never by the masts or rigging.
