Where we ship

We ship our models from Vietnam to most countries worldwide.

Carriers and delivery time

Orders are sent by express courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS) with a tracking number. In-stock models leave our workshop within 3–7 working days; delivery usually takes a further 4–10 working days depending on the destination. Custom and large models need extra build time, which we confirm before you order.

Packaging

Every model is fixed inside protective foam and packed in a strong carton or wooden crate. Masts and rigging are secured for transport.

Shipping costs, duties and taxes

Shipping costs depend on the size of the model and your country. Import duties and local taxes, if any, are charged by your country’s customs and are paid by the buyer. Contact us for an exact quote before ordering.

Insurance

All shipments are insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the model before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours.
